save above file in desktop and double click, you will be asked to ..Are you sure you want to add this information to Registry ?  you have to say YES ( click on YES) dont worry it will not harm ur registry its secured program and can be uninstalled as per ur need.

once you installed  AdSense Preview Tool  close all Internet Explorer windows and open new window and enter ur site in new window when your site load just right click anywhere you will find GoogleAdSense Preview Tool as given in following ScreenShot

after clicking adsense Preview tool you will get following window

above windows will show u list of all ads that will be availabe for your site at that time, remember any time new ads will come. so u have to repeate this process in future

once u see ads list as above seclect any ads and click on “Show Selected URL” as given below

ok so u got ads that is low paying ( i am not saying its 100 %  true in ur case) 

now copy this URl and log on to you adsense account From Google.com/adsense

go to adsense set up >> in that go to   Competitive Ad Filter  

move ur mouse little bit down you will see following  

enter as many as URL u want and click on save changes and ads for that URL will be Blocked it may take 2 hours to see actual result.
